MPO Cassette

The MPO cassette can be loaded into the MPO chassis (1U or 2U types) to support high-density fiber optic networking. The front panel of the MPO cassette can be loaded with LC duplex, SC duplex or LC Quad Duplex adapter types and an MPO adapter at the rear of the panel. The interior of the MPO cassette will be loaded with an MPO fanout cable that can support 12 (for LC or SC duplex adapter type) or 24 (for LC Quad Duplex adapter type) optical fibers.

 

LC Duplex MPO Cassette

The LC Duplex MPO Cassette will be loaded with the LC Duplex Adapters (Singlemode or Multimode types). When it is loaded with the LC Duplex Adapters, it can support up to 12 optical fibers.

 

SC Duplex MPO Cassette

Other than the LC Duplex Adapters, the MPO cassette can be loaded with the SC Duplex Adapters and support up to 12 optical fibers.

 

LC Quad Duplex MPO Cassette

When the MPO Cassette is loaded with the LC Quad Duplex Adapters, it can support up to 24 optical fibers.
